    In the following quantities of liquid Add the following items : To be taken with the Customized Packet below
Have 1/4 tsp. Real Salt daily     Make your 2 quarts water using Rehydrating Elements of Life Drink throughout the day
1st Upon Rising        16 oz. of water  
15 to 20 min. after Water   10 oz Lemonade or apple juice                        2 tsp Baltone along with 2 Tbsp Light tasting Olive Oil   4 Tablets Detox Relief, 1 Nutri-Dophilus, 1 Exclzyme & 1-3 Fiber Regulator If needed
Just after Baltone     Body Water purifier  
                        Stretching & Aerobic Exercise  (Approx. 1 hr each day)    
   *** 30 min. after taking your Baltone & Detox Pills you can drink Vegetable Juice or Essential Light ***        
         
Morning   16 oz Fresh Vegetable Juice    
         
                 Continue freely drinking Lemonade and Water throughout the day
